We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our IT Infrastructure Services across Belgium. You will be responsible for providing qualified IT resources to our clients, developing long-term relationships, and driving business growth through strategic outsourcing and recruitment efforts.
In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and recruiting top-tier IT consultants to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. You will proactively detect and follow up on outsourcing opportunities in a commercial capacity.
2. You will recruit new IT consultants by leveraging tools such as database searches, LinkedIn, candidate screening, and interviews.
3. You will manage and support consultants throughout the duration of their assignments to ensure client satisfaction and consultant engagement.
4. You will develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with client goals and drive long-term success.
5. You will close deals and secure long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth.
6. You will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Your Profile
7. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude and a passion for closing deals.
8. You have a solid understanding of outsourcing business models and the internal processes involved.
9. You have full professional fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
10. You have a strong results orientation and proven commercial work experience.
11. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help you build trust and credibility.
12. You have a highly customer-focused approach, are team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and driven by success.
13. You have at least 6 months / 1 year of experience in recruitment, (ideally within the IT or technology sector.)
