Job Description
Reporting to the Senior HRBP Director, you will lead a small team of HRBPs to support approximately 300 employees across frontline retail and the Hong Kong back office. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to drive the end‑to‑end people agenda, overseeing organisation effectiveness, budget, incentive schemes, workforce planning, talent management, performance culture, and employee engagement. You will provide strategic advice grounded in a strong understanding of retail operations while ensuring HR processes and policies are executed with excellence. Working alongside with COE experts, you will help shape a cohesive people strategy for the Hong Kong market while maintaining the agility needed for a fast‑paced commercial environment.
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with strong business partnering capability and a solid track record in fast‑paced, consumer‑driven fashion retail environments. You should bring broad HR expertise across talent management, workforce planning, performance culture and employee relations, with the confidence to advise senior commercial stakeholders and influence decision‑making at pace. Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail brands will be highly advantageous, as the role requires quick understanding of store operations and frontline workforce needs. Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are essential, along with the ability to work across Hong Kong and Greater China stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is energetic, commercially minded, passionate about people and the brand, and capable of driving both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operational excellence in a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
