For our DIT department, we are looking for a motivated person to take the role of: Data Strategy Intern About the position: We are seeking a motivated Data Strategy Intern to join our Data, Analytics, and Insights team and assist with data-driven decision making across our revenue-generating operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in applying data analysis techniques to develop business strategies within the football industry. Potential responsibilities include (to be narrowed or expanded based on motivation of student): Analyse business data to identify trends and insights that can inform revenue-generating strategies (marketing, communication, ticketing, partnerships, etc.); Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators across various revenue streams; Support the team in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure quality and accessibility; Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations and communicate these to stakeholders through reports and presentations; Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of revenue initiatives through data analysis; Contribute to strategic projects aimed at optimizing existing revenue streams or identifying new opportunities; About you: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Analytics, Business Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Economics, or a related field with focus on data analysis; Basic technical skills with working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis (basic proficiency will be tested); Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful business insights; Interest in business strategy and understanding how data can drive decision-making in commercial operations; Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business language; Nice to have include being familiar with any of these topics: marketing campaign analytics, data visualisation in python/BI tools, user segmentation, LTV analysis, win-back analytics. Internship requirements: Working proficiency in English (interviews, day-to-day management, reviews, etc. will be in English); additional languages (Dutch, French) are nice to have but not required; You are a student, available for a minimum of 12 weeks; Ability to come to Tubize in-person at least once per week; This is an unpaid internship (although transportation costs within Belgium are reimbursed).
