Are you an analytical talent with technical affinity and telecom experience? As a Functional/Process Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technical teams, focusing on improving the order-to-activation process. You’ll dive deep into systems and data, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and translate complex challenges into sustainable solutions.
Your challenges:
* Analyze current processes and systems to identify bottlenecks 🕵️ ♂️
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners 🤝
* Design and implement process improvements 💡
* Use SQL & REST APIs for data analysis and troubleshooting 🖥
* Act as a single point of contact and ensure clear documentation 📄
What we expect from you:
* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 🎓
* 5–7 years experience in a similar role, preferably in telecom 📡
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🔍
* Hands-on mentality and stress-resistant 💪
* Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus
