What You'll Do
* Turn market insights and customer needs into concrete improvements for card products that increase usage, revenue, and customer satisfaction
* Analyse product performance (NPS, revenue, adoption) to identify where growth or optimization is needed
* Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria so IT teams can deliver efficiently
* Collaborate with product, IT, and stakeholders to define the best solution and avoid rework
* Act as the key bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment from idea to delivery
* Define scope and operating models to ensure changes are scalable and sustainable
* Support implementation and lead business acceptance testing to guarantee quality before release
What you bring
* 6+ years as Business/Functional Analyst in payments or cards domain
* Strong understanding of card products, ecosystems, and processing flows
* Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + IT)
* Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
* Experience as Product Owner or in product-driven environments
* Experience with Agile delivery frameworks
