As the first impression of our hotel, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences
As a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER you will be responsible to carry out in a qualified and responsible manner the direction, control and monitoring of the set of tasks carried out in the front office department. Organize, direct and coordinate the work of the team under your charge.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
* Make department schedules and shifts.
* Recruitment and selection of personnel in charge
* Check the lists of reservations of the day, modifications, and cancellations.
* Allocation of rooms and groups
* Management of credit billing, electronic billing and claiming payments.
* Preparation of settlements and deposits to the Bank.
* Management of claims, complaints, and forgetfulness
* Reservation management, overbooking management, and diversions
* Cash register and billing management
* VIPS management
* Check the room rack with the HK Manager during the day.
* Maintain the internal incident book
* Preparation of events service sheet
* Quote for reservations, groups, and tour operations.
* Claim for invoices pending collection (credits)
* Revenue Management Activities: Closing and opening of sales, requesting online price changes.
* Community Manager Actions: Response to comments and criticism on online platforms
Your profile:
* Minum 5 years experience as a Recepcionist in hotels 4*
* Fluent in English Spanish and French (additional languages are a plus)
* Impeccable presentation and communication skills
* Experience with hotel PMS systems SAP will be a plus
* Friendly, proactive, and committed to guest satisfaction
