Responsibilities:
1. Lead the day‑to‑day management of EZY in Belgium, collaborating with Business Unit stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
2. Drive the planning and execution of product launches and go‑to‑market plans
3. Own the implementation of full 360° brand plans, covering communication, trade execution, and in‑market activation to scale the brand in line with commercial objectives.
4. Work closely with global and local agencies to ensure timely delivery of high‑impact campaign materials and assets suited to our audiences.
5. Review, assess, and provide operational feedback on creative marketing assets used in both above‑the‑line and below‑the‑line channels.
6. Partner with media and connections teams to optimize media spend and execution within budget.
7. Deliver monthly performance reporting to track execution results and support decision‑making.
Who you are:
8. You bring practical experience in innovation, brand management, trade marketing, or category management, with a strong affinity for product launch activities.
9. You have solid project management skills, able to track tasks and follow through on operational deliverables.
10. You are a confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
11. You are fluent in English and Dutch.
