Nexeo is looking for a Seasoned Finance Reporting Analyst (H/F/X)As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to join Nexeo:- International presence: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada- 450+ employees- Sustained growth of over 20% per yearFinance Reporting Analyst – Key ResponsibilitiesProject Context:Join the Finance Accounting & Reporting team within a leading bank, specifically in the Financial Analysis & Planning (FA&P) unit. This team is responsible for analyzing the financial performance of the BNPPF consolidated group and delivering key reports to senior management, regulators, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.Main Tasks:- Monitor, interpret, and report on financial performance indicators (profitability, solvency, liquidity, balance sheet) for assigned entities within the controlled perimeter.- Produce quarterly analytical reports, both detailed and executive, comparing actual results to prior years and budgets.- Contribute to forecasting exercises, including budgets, multi-year financial plans, stress tests, and simulations.- Build relationships with business units to gather insights on financial performance drivers.- Support the annual goodwill and equity-method impairment testing process.- Review and validate sub-consolidation controls and deliverables from the BNP Paribas Fortis group scope.Your Profile:Experience:- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, ideally in banking or audit.- Prior experience in audit firms or financial institutions is a strong asset.Technical Knowledge:- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and banking regulations (solvency, liquidity).- University degree (Master level) in economics, finance, mathematics, or engineering.- Experience with BNP Paribas tools and consolidation processes is a plus.Soft Skills:- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented.- Able to synthesize complex financial information and communicate clearly in writing.- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills.- Proactive, autonomous, and motivated to improve processes and reporting.- Flexible, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.- Team player, assertive, and capable of distinguishing critical issues from secondary ones.Languages:- Fluent in English (working language)- Good command of Dutch and/or FrenchWhat We Offer:- A high-impact role within a strategic team of finance professionals- A stimulating, supportive, and international consulting environment- Long-term mission in the heart of the banking sector- Hybrid work model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking- Competitive salary package with attractive benefitsJoin us to drive financial performance analysis and reporting excellence at one of Europe’s leading banking institutions.#FinanceAnalyst #FinancialReporting #IFRS #BankingJobs #AuditToFinance #ConsultingLife #NexeoBelgium #HiringNow #FinanceJobs
