You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for IT Reception systems, ensuring efficient data processing and system reliability. You will manage incidents, changes, and user requests, contribute to system development, testing, and documentation, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, maintain Linux scripts, support HTML/XML/CSS issues, and deliver training to internal teams.
Profile:
* Over 12 years of professional experience in IT, covering Linux, ITIL, databases, containerization, and cloud environments.
* Proficient in Linux system administration, shell scripting, and TCP/IP.
* Solid experience in incident and problem management, technical support, and system documentation.
* Skilled in database management (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), XML technologies (schema, XPath, XSLT), and project management.
* Strong communication skills in English (C1) and French (B2).
