We are looking for an experienced Shutdown Scheduler to join a high-profile industrial project in the Flemish Region, Belgium. This role will support a major annual shutdown at a leading pharmaceutical site. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and maintaining integrated shutdown schedules, ensuring accurate planning and execution across multiple projects, and coordinating with diverse teams to ensure smooth shutdown and startup phases.

Your Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and execute an integrated shutdown schedule in MS Project, including WBS/SBS/OBS structures
* Integrate multiple CAPEX project schedules, maintenance plans, and compliance/validation tasks into a single master plan
* Track daily progress during execution, update KPI dashboards, perform S-curve updates, and conduct critical path reviews
* Identify and resolve clashes, resource conflicts, and interferences, adjusting the schedule based on safety, capacity, and priority constraints
* Coordinate with project owners, maintenance, production, quality, and safety teams, and support shutdown meetings and daily reviews
* Contribute to post-shutdown reporting, lessons learned, and improvements for future shutdowns
Your Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Shutdown Planner, Turnaround Planner, or Project Scheduler in industrial or pharmaceutical environments
* Expert proficiency with MS Project (mandatory) and experience in building WBS, SBS, and OBS structures independently
* Strong ability to manage integrated multi-project schedules, with expertise in critical path and risk-based planning
* Excellent reporting capabilities, including Excel KPIs, S-curves, daily progress tracking, and variance analysis
* Comfortable working on-site with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure shutdown environment
* Fluency in Dutch preferred, but strong English is required

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:
* Het opstellen, onderhouden en uitvoeren van een geïntegreerde shutdownplanning in MS Project, inclusief WBS/SBS/OBS-structuren
* Het integreren van meerdere CAPEX-projectplanningen, onderhoudsplannen en compliance-/validatietaken in één masterplan
* Het dagelijks volgen van de voortgang tijdens de uitvoering, inclusief KPI-dashboards, S-curve updates en critical path-analyses
* Het identificeren en oplossen van conflicten, resourceconflicten en interferenties, en het herplannen op basis van veiligheid, capaciteit en prioriteit
* Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders, onderhouds-, productie-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsteams en het ondersteunen van shutdownvergaderingen en dagelijkse reviews
* Bijdragen aan post-shutdown rapportages, lessons learned en verbeteringen voor toekomstige shutdowns
Jouw Vereisten:
* Aantoonbare ervaring als Shutdown Planner, Turnaround Planner of Project Scheduler in industriële of farmaceutische omgevingen
* Expertkennis van MS Project (vereist) en ervaring in het zelfstandig opbouwen van WBS, SBS en OBS-structuren
* Sterke vaardigheden in het beheren van geïntegreerde multi-projectplanningen, met expertise in critical path en risicogestuurde planning
* Uitstekende rapportagevaardigheden, inclusief Excel KPIs, S-curves, dagelijkse voortgangsrapportages en afwijkingsanalyse
* Comfortabel met werken on-site in een snel veranderende, onder druk staande shutdownomgeving met multidisciplinaire teams
* Vloeiend in Nederlands gewenst; goede beheersing van Engels vereist
