Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key e-tailer & para-pharmacy marketing account partners.
* Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
* Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings to drive conversions while adhering to platform-specific requirements.
* Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image.
E-commerce Strategy and Planning
* Develop and implement a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy.
* Build strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance and ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements.
* Identify new online opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space.
Customer Experience Optimization
* Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels, ensuring seamless navigation and shopping experiences.
* Collect and address customer feedback, ensuring excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms.
Price Monitoring and Analysis
* Continuously monitor pricing from both e-tailers and competitors to ensure the pricing strategy remains competitive.
* Provide regular reports on price comparisons and propose adjustments as needed.
