Main missions:
* Support for customers for technical questions about existing or future products and/or services mainly in the residential segment.
* Preparation of pre-design and material lists for drawing up quotations
* Informing customers proactively about product changes
* Maintain network technical contact points at customers
* Building up knowledge about existing and new products and solutions
* Internal contact point for product knowledge
* Proactively communicate new items/innovations within the product portfolio for the BU Residential.
* Offer support in the realization of residential projects (kick-off meeting, analysis of specifications, proposal, planning, etc.).
* Provide training and support/back up for the Solar Academy training courses
* Preparation of complex quotations
* Management of technical files in SalesForce
Requirements
* A master’s degree in Electro-technics, civil or industrial engineering or similar qualifications
* Residing in Belgium
* Minimum 2 years experience in a technical environment
* Fluent in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of French, German is a plus
* Stress resistant
* Great team player
* Customer-centric attitude
