Your new role
As Transport Material Responsible, you support and coordinate the transport of parts from suppliers through to end customers and production sites in Belgium, France and Germany.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring and coordinating daily transport flows to ensure timely deliveries and uninterrupted production
2. Handling transport deviations such as late deliveries, missed collections or missing documentation, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers
3. Maintaining close contact with internal production sites and logistics partners
4. Providing administrative support related to customs formalities and invoicing
5. Actively contributing to continuous improvements within logistics operation
Your profile
You are a motivated and hands-on professional with a strong interest in logistics and operations. You communicate confidently, remain calm under pressure and enjoy working in an international environment.
