You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the biotech industry.
Job Description:
* Support a process optimisation project within the in process laboratory to enable a major operational ramp up
* Assess current laboratory structures, processes and performance to identify constraints, workload variation, inefficiencies and non value added activities
* Redesign in process testing, environmental monitoring sampling in the aseptic facility and sample management processes using Lean principles
* Improve efficiency, flow and waste reduction while maintaining compliance and data integrity
* Identify and quantify opportunities to increase capacity, efficiency and throughput without proportional headcount growth
* Quantify expected benefits such as cycle time reduction and resource optimisation
* Provide a clear implementation plan and coordinate and support execution
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposed changes are feasible in a regulated laboratory environment
Requirements:
* Certified Black Belt is preferred or Green Belt with proven experience in a regulated environment
* Lean project belt training
* Strong experience in a regulated environment such as biopharma or biotech
* Good understanding of regulatory expectations within laboratory operations
* Professional English communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with local teams
* Solid project management skills
