Job description
1. Promote the portfolio by visiting and building relationships with general practitioners and specialists
2. Analyze the business to build and execute a strategy and action plans to meet sales goals for assigned territory
3. Drive territory sales performance, market share, sales force effectiveness
4. Optimal utilization of resource (sponsorships)
5. Develop effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas.
6. Differentiate the company as a leader in generic medicines by visiting GPs and specialists
7. Understand and highlight trends, share insights, study and watch competition
8. As a part of the regional strategy, engage in the organization of speaker events and sponsorships
9. Participate in educational and scientific events towards HCPs
Profile
10. Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business or related field
11. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
12. Fluent in Dutch & English
13. Proven record of good performance
14. Self-motivated
15. Result-oriented
