As a Teamlead Customer Care you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, guiding a small team, and acting as the bridge between customers and internal departments.
Tasks:

Support, coach, and motivate a multilingual Customer Care team.

Organize daily tasks and ensure smooth operations within the team.
*
Handle escalations and provide solutions for more complex customer questions.
*
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction across Dutch, French, and English interactions.
*
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to improve processes and customer journey.
*
Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and workflows.
*
Share customer feedback internally to help shape improvements.
We are looking for a Teamlead Customer Care that
*
Up to 2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Success, or a related role.
*
Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
*
First experience in coaching or supporting colleagues is a plus.
*
Hands-on, solution-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
*
Experience with CRM or customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
