You develop and execute proactive sales strategies, build solid relationships, and seize commercial opportunities. You track market trends, identify new clients, and organize memorable tours and presentations. You align with the operational team to deliver on your promises and ensure a consistent guest experience. You also collaborate with colleagues from other Marriott hotels in Ghent and across the cluster. Lastly, you regularly report your results and insights to management. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, tourism, hotel management, or a related field. You have several years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector. You speak fluent Dutch and good English. An additional language like French, German, or Spanish is a plus. You are comfortable with digital tools and systems that support sales processes such as CRM software, property management systems (PMS), reporting tools, and online communication platforms. You easily switch between email, video calls, social media, and other digital channels to engage with clients and maintain relationships.
