This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently at client locations.Expected qualification and critical experiences – Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Perform routine maintenance and system updates.Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.Collaborate with remote support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications.Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols.Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.Mandatory Skills and Certification:Proven experience in IT support or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.BenefitsA supportive, diverse and global team with a brilliant culture.Competitive compensation and benefits that includes up to 20 days’ vacation per year, various insurances like Term life and Business Travel insurance.
