Job Description
As a leader in the SuccessFactors implementation market, we have a growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice that includes both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professionals. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our thriving team, operating across various industry sectors and bringing HCM expertise to client engagements. Together with strategy, industry and technology colleagues, we deliver HR transformational programs.
We are looking for individuals with proven SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM experience, who are interested in expanding their scope of responsibilities to larger implementations, global clients, or into other areas of SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
Your Job
Your role will involve working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders from our clients to understand their business requirements and to contribute to the design and implementation of their HCM solution.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
Acting in a client-facing role to determine business requirements.
Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.

Qualifications
+5 years of experience in designing and/or implementing SuccessFactors or SAP HCM ECC/S4H4 in modules such as PA, OM, TM, PY.
Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
Experience in integrating SAP HR solutions.
Experience in a Global Delivery Model.
Ideally a Master’s degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French (required).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in the SAP platform and its ecosystem.
Passion for innovation and strong cultural awareness.
