In this position, you will set the standard for offshore crewing across our fleet, developing Team Leads and specialists, shaping Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving continuous improvement across planning, HR, and Learning & Development.
You will define crew headcount and skills mix based on operational demand, steer cross-training and mobility strategies, and chair key interdepartmental meetings.
You will ensure crew policies, competency matrices, and training requirements are accurate and consistently applied, while partnering with vessel leadership and external agencies to deliver safe, efficient operations.
What we expect from you
You bring proven HR and offshore crewing experience in a leadership role, strong stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with high integrity and professionalism.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
