The Business Unit (BU) Consumer Goods & Industry manages the complete supply chain flow from several Business Lines like Textiles, DIY products, Pharmaceuticals, Sporting Goods, Aftermarket logistics and E-commerce. KATOEN NATIE has 181 sites in 40 countries in Europe, North America, South America and the Far East and has more than people active in operational, staff and management functions.
Job Description
The mission of the Digital Marketing & LinkedIn Specialist is to increase awareness of Katoen Natie and stimulate interest in Katoen Natie's supply chain capabilities by transforming the expertise of our Business Development Managers into high-quality digital marketing content.
Operating within the Consumer Goods & Industry Business Unit in a B2B environment, this role ensures that Katoen Natie:
* becomes more visible and recognizable to decision-makers,
* generates interest among decision-makers,
* becomes first-of-mind for potential customers and supply chain consultants
* is structurally included in future RFQs from potential customers and supply chain consultants
By positioning our Business Developers as supply chain experts, this role directly supports commercial opportunity creation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, structure and process input from our business development teams across business lines and countries.
* Translate complex supply chain insights into attractive, high-quality LinkedIn posts.
* Position each Business Developer as a recognized supply chain expert within their business line and/or country. Produce attractive, clear and high-quality LinkedIn posts tailored to:
* Their business line / country
* Their expertise and thought leadership positioning
* Their personal tone of voice
* Work efficiently and pragmatically, enabling fast execution while maintaining high content quality.
* Ensure all content fully complies with existing company guidelines for digital communication.
* Use LinkedIn best practices to maximize reach, credibility and engagement
* Continuously optimize content and messaging based on performance results and insights.
Your profile
* Minimum 3–5 years proven and relevant experience.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication or related field of study.
* Strong affinity with or experience in supply chain, logistics, industrial or consumer goods environments.
* Ability to quickly understand and translate expert-level business and supply chain input.
* Experience working closely with multiple senior stakeholders such as business developers or business experts.
* Excellent writing and storytelling skills for a professional B2B audience.
* Language: Perfect English is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
* Quality-driven, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
* Pragmatic, hands-on and able to work independently while aligning closely with commercial objectives.
