The E-Commerce Manager will have the following responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility across different European markets

Oversee day-to-day Amazon account management
3.
Continuously monitor market trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.

Track and analyze sales performance, promotional efficiency, and customer engagement on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
5.
Monitor and manage pricing and budget tracking
6.
Coordinate with brand and digital teams to ensure consistency in content, promotions, and campaign execution

Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports, providing guidance, structure, and growth opportunities

5+ years of e-commerce experience

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, reporting, and business intelligence tools

Fluent in English and native German speaker
