Multinational IT Company is currently looking for an SAP Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP roles (functional consultants, technical consultants, architects, project managers) as well as other key technology positions, covering both junior and managerial levels.
* Provide comprehensive recruiting support to all HR Business Partners and company geographies, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service across an international hiring scope.
* Develop strong talent pipelines for SAP and technology roles through market mapping, proactive sourcing, talent community engagement, and relationship-building with passive candidates.
Employer Branding:
* Design, implement, and monitor employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer within the SAP and technology ecosystem.
* Represent the company at job fairs, university events, technology talent forums, and SAP community conferences.
Employee Experience & HR Initiatives
* Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
* Contribute to HR initiatives related to company culture, employee engagement, lifecycle optimization, internal mobility, and development programs.
* Participate in outplacement projects, talent analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Qualifications
* 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a strong focus on technology roles; direct experience recruiting SAP profiles is highly valued.
* Previous experience in international environments, supporting multiple HRBPs and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Strong command of talent sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and methodologies for identifying and assessing tech/SAP talent.
* Demonstrated experience or strong interest in employer branding, event participation, and content creation.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles at once, with strong prioritization skills and a strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise hiring managers on talent-related decisions.
