Job Description
* First-Level Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first level of technical and functional support and troubleshooting to end-users
* System Implementation and Customization: Support UAT (User Acceptance Test) and validate system functionalities before and after go-lives, conduct functional tests and ensure correct technical implementation of system requests and improvements
* Project Support: Work with Global or Regional Project or IT Team, collaborate with Operation Team, and represent end-users community as key person to translate operation needs into system solutions
* End-User Training: Create job aids and conduct trainings to end-users
* On-going Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
* Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of operation processes and execution
* Documentation: Help develop and document validation, change management and corrective / preventative action based on operation requirements
* Nonconformity Identification: Learn to identify, document, and track system and operation issues with the aim to supporting development of resolution
* Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshop to improve skills and knowledge to support operation
Job Qualifications
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, any major
* At least 1 year experience with SAP system is a must
* Proficient in MS Office is a must
* Experience in quality management, supply chain, or warehouse operations will be plus
* Language proficiency: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
* Big affinity with software systems and process handling
* Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn, strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
