* Support seniors on coaching, evaluate and motivate team members
* Check the workload, planning and productivity of each team member
* Train team members in accordance with company policies and ensure internal procedures are followed;
* Manage full client's portfolio through expertise and team management in close collaboration with the team
o Global review of the firm's clients' accounts
o Review of periodical reporting's and annual accounts;
o Review of VAT & tax returns;
* Manage the customer relationship and expectations, handle complaints/escalations to ensure regular communication to maintain a good relationship with all customers;
* Coordinates the onboarding of new clients
* Fluent knowledge of English; French or Dutch
* Bachelor in Accounting - Master in Tax or equivalent
* Member or trainee of the ITAA;
* Proven experience in outsourcing firms or multinational environment;
* Proven experience in coaching junior staff members and managing team members
* Strong people management skills and team player
