Job Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced professional to manage our international payroll and benefits programs. This is a full-time position with a regional role that offers international exposure within a globally recognized organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in international payroll and benefits management, with experience across multiple countries or within complex structures being a strong asset. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch or French being a plus.
* Manage monthly multi-country payroll in coordination with external providers
* E nsure compliance with local legal requirements (social declarations, internal audits, GDPR compliance)
* Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs (health insurance, pension, mobility, etc.)
* Work closely with both local and international HR teams
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement and HR digitalization initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal profile includes:
* At least 5 years of experience in international payroll and benefits management
* Languages: Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus
* Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, or related field – solid knowledge of social legislation is expected

Hybrid Working Model
We offer a hybrid working model with offices located in the heart of Brussels. The salary range is € 55,000 - € 70,000 per year, depending on experience.
