* Job Description: Lead and assist the day-to-day delivery of projects, focusing on supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations, and change management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Masters degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics, or other related fields
* At least 5-8 years of professional working experience, with a solid track record in a high-performing company operating mainly in industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction, chemicals, pharma, and healthcare
* Experience in strategy- or management consulting is a must
* Extensive experience and expertise in supply chain management, value & cost transformation projects & initiatives
* Strong project management skills & ability to motivate & guide a team of young consultants to the desired result
* Fluency in English and preferably Dutch or French
* An entrepreneurial and 'can-do' attitude, with an affinity to use previous experiences to guide your team through new situations
* A client-focused mindset; able to quickly grasp the issues & concerns of our clients and willing to go the extra mile to resolve them
* Analytical, inquisitive, fast learning & digitally savvy
* Resilience and flexibility in terms of mobility & work schedule
* Eagerness to work together within our team as well as with client teams
