You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Description:
* Lead multiple QC teams ensuring high performance and engagement
* Plan organise and follow up routine QC operational activities
* Ensure compliance with GMP safety and quality procedures
* Manage method transfers verifications and validations
* Support investigations including OOS OOT deviations CAPA and change controls
* Collaborate cross functionally with QA production and supply chain
* Represent QC during audits and health authority inspections
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QC operations
* Act as primary QC contact for external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Master degree in pharmacy chemistry or biochemistry
* At least 5 years experience in Quality Control within a GMP environment
* First leadership experience with team management responsibilities
* Strong hands on experience with HPLC
* Solid knowledge of ICH guidelines and analytical quality processes
* Experience with regulatory inspections by health authorities
* Decisive resilient with strong prioritisation skills
* Fluent in Dutch and English
