Service description:
You will support the project manager during the feasibility or preliminary study phase of the project.
During the study phase, you will develop and carry out design and detailed studies, specifically:
• You will plan and manage your studies according to priorities and deliverables.
• You develop the protection block diagrams and detailed circuit diagrams.
• You contribute to the definition and selection of the equipment.
• You monitor the quality of the studies by using approved equipment and in accordance with Elia's norms, standards, and methodologies.
• You assess and define the standards for the subject to be studied.
• You perform quality control for the externally produced detailed studies.
• You verify the manufacturer's documents.
• If necessary, you participate in the acceptance tests of the electrical equipment in the factory.
During the implementation phase, you support the project manager by monitoring the low-voltage work on site,
specifically:
• You are responsible for contacting the operator and suppliers for the electrical installation work within the project manager's area of expertise.
• In the event of problems with the design or commissioning on site, you intervene and provide a solution.
• If necessary, you participate in site meetings on the technical aspects, the on-site tests, and the commissioning of the installations.
During the project closing phase, you will provide a debriefing on the LS studies and prepare the as-built diagrams.
• You are a strong planner and organizer, and you have a sense of responsibility.
• You are assertive.
• You are quality-oriented and work accurately and precisely.
• You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch or French and you are willing to learn the other national language
Additional requirements:
• Graduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electricity, electronics or automation.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Windows Office applications.
• You are willing to learn a trade that will eventually require a high and specific level of expertise.
• You speak Dutch or French very well
