About The Role
As a Product Engineer, you will be integral to maintaining and improving technical designs. You will manage change control processes, create specifications, and support product changes through rigorous analysis and testing. Engaging with various departments, you ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to the design efficacy.
Key responsibilities
Conduct product analyses and testing to evaluate performance and design adequacy.
Develop specifications, test methods, and design rationale.
Coordinate change control documentation and collaborate with other departments.
Organize change meetings and implementation with stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation aligned with regulatory standards.
Actively participate in test activities alongside test engineers.
Integrate risk assessment and usability engineering into the change process.
What we're looking for
We seek a junior to medior engineer, wanting to expand his or her skillset in engineering. Ideally you fit these criteria:
Master's degree in chemical, process or biomedical engineering with a first work experience.
Experience with QA/RA, risk management and design control and change control are a must-have for this role.
Basic knowledge of SAP and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for medical devices is an advantage.
Understanding of product use, specifications, manufacturing processes, and materials (plastics, packaging).
You're a born communicator and presenter, paired with a strong sense of team-spirit.
Proficiency in English is essential as it is the working language.
