About the Role
As a
Talent Acquisition Intern

Every day, you'll be part of shaping how Sailpeak grows and supports its people while learning directly from experienced recruiters, consultants, and business leaders.
You will:
* Assist in
sourcing and identifying candidates
for consulting and transformation roles through platforms like LinkedIn and other channels.
* Support the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including screening, scheduling, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
* Help create and refine job descriptions and role briefs aligned with business needs.
* Collaborate with hiring managers on
headcount planning
and recruitment priorities.
* Contribute to
employer branding
initiatives, such as writing engaging LinkedIn posts and updating the career page.
* Gain exposure to broader
HR strategy
, performance management, and people operations.
* Participate in
team meetings and recruitment projects

You bring to the table:
* You are currently pursuing a degree in
HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
