As a
Service Product Business Analyst & Data Owner
, your main responsibilities will include:
* Establishing strong, dynamic, and efficient systems and data frameworks to meet internal and external customer expectations and drive business growth.
* Coordinating all system integrations and development activities.
* Managing data products and delivering actionable business insights.
* Identifying process gaps, managing disruptions, and coordinating required corrective measures.
* Collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational requirements and strategic objectives.
* Supporting the continuous improvement of data governance and service processes.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business, Data Management, Engineering, or IT
.
* Proven experience as a
Business Analyst
with strong exposure to
data ownership or system integration
.
* Proficiency with
data and reporting tools
, such as
Snowflake
and
Power BI
.
* Strong
project management skills
to coordinate system developments and integrations.
* Solid
business acumen
with a
customer-centric mindset
.
* High sense of
ownership
, capable of delivering quality results within deadlines.
* Excellent
communication and analytical skills
.
* Fluent in
English
(written and spoken).
