At AXA Partners, we plant a tree for every new recruit (with a permanent contract)We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Experienced Recruiter to lead recruitment process management and stakeholder coordination in a distributed talent acquisition environment. In this role, you will oversee and streamline the end-to-end recruitment workflow for both support functions (IT, Finance, HR..) and agents/volume profiles. You will act as the primary liaison for hiring managers, and provide strategic support to the central leadership team across global regions.This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on driving consistency, optimizing processes, and delivering a smooth and inclusive candidate and stakeholder experience - all while operating within a globally distributed, cross-functional team.What you'll be doing:Process Management: Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer stage, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a seamless experience across all stages.Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through recruitment best practices, interview design, and selection strategies.Support for In-Country Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with regional Head of Talent to align processes, share resources, and coordinate across multiple time zones and regions.Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate journey through structured communication, timely feedback loops, and a strong focus on employer brand touchpoints.Workflow Coordination: Build and action the sourcing strategy to ensure smooth handoffs and timely progress for each role.Reporting & Analysis: Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular updates and insights to global stakeholders.Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to recruitment operations, documentation, and coordination practices within a distributed hiring model.Your Profile:3+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, process coordination and stakeholder engagement.Experience supporting or partnering with in-country HR teams across multiple geographies.Proven ability to work across time zones and culturesStrong project and relationship management skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools (e.G., ICIM's would be beneficial).Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.Passion for operational excellence and inclusive hiring practices.Nice to Have:Experience supporting international recruitment in EMEA or LATAM.Background in a matrixed or multi-country organization.Experience in handling volume recruitmentsAt AXA Partners, we're appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
