Role: Data Center Architect

General context:
* The contract to host the IT O infrastructure in a data center expires in December 2026.
* A public contract must be launched for its renewal.
* This contract covers the selection of a future hosting provider, the migration to the "new" data center and the execution of the contract.
* The objective is to optimize the technical quality and price of the future contract, secure the migration to a possible new service provider and guarantee continuity of service.
* The IT Project Manager's mission is part of a public procurement project managed by a Public Procurement Project Manager.
Objective of the mission:
Plan and coordinate project actions.
The mission consists of four phases:
Preparation of the specifications:
* Understand the current architecture and complete the documentary database.
* Consolidate the inventory of services and assets
* Analyze future needs and write technical clauses and evaluation criteria with the support of internal IT teams and our current service providers.
* These clauses will ensure that the quality of the migration projects proposed by applicants is aligned with the O service availability constraints. They will ensure that the management/reporting processes of the hosted infrastructure are in line with these same constraints, which will be reflected in the evaluation criteria of the specifications.
Monitoring of migration execution:
* Validation of the migration strategy, coordination of internal teams, risk management, project monitoring and communication, guarantee the autonomy of the operation after the migration.
* You have a degree in civil engineering or a master's degree in computer science with proven experience in IT infrastructure management (Datacenter / Network / Telecommunication) and have 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
* You have a bachelor's degree in computer science and can claim to have equivalent experience.
Skills:
* Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, systems and storage solutions.
* Ability to design robust and scalable architectures. Mastery of the standards and directives in force in the field (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, NIS2, etc.)
* Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies (such as PMP or Prince2) and associated tools.
