What we are looking for:
We are looking for a structured, technically minded project manager who enjoys navigating complex institutional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or supply chain field with at least 5 years’ experience in an international operational or logistical environment
* 3–7 years of experience in project management, technical sales support, procurement, or tender management
* Experience working with institutional clients/public procurement or deployed operations is a strong plus
* Proven experience coordinating multiple supply chains, sourcing support & procurement activities
* Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, cooperating with product development, production supervision & logistics teams
Skills:
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Commercially minded, with experience in price negotiations and understanding of commercial targets, budgets & project profitability
* A natural communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships.
* Analytical and hands-on, able to balance strategy with execution.
* Fluency in English plus Dutch or French.
* Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
