Cost Manager Lead – Belgium*Please note - you must hold an EU passport and be willing to relocate to Belgium. Building lasting, trusted relationships—with both your team and clients—is at the heart of this role.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the key account manager, cultivating client relationships based on partnership and trust.Apply business development skills to engage new clients and secure repeat projects.Oversee strategic client projects from inception to completion.Develop estimates and cost plans for major client developments.Demonstrate high proficiency in Cost X and databooks.Lead and manage large, multidisciplinary teams.Take an active role in preparing QTO for Cost Plans and BoQs.Prepare and implement QAQC Plans/Manuals to ensure project quality assurance.Show strong expertise in MEP packages and working knowledge of MEPF systems.Possess foundational knowledge of procurement for global projects.Manage multiple projects and stakeholders across various time zones.Support sales and marketing initiatives.Contribute to proposal development for clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships that support business growth.Provide training and mentorship to team leaders and members.Foster high performance and professional growth through effective leadership.Lead your team to deliver exceptional quality and client value.Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 15 years of experience in cost management, particularly in pre-construction phases, ideally within a consultancy environment.Experience working on large-scale construction projects, especially in data centers and life sciences.At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Cost X (or similar tools like Planswift, Cubicost, Candy, ZW CAD).Proven ability to lead a business, build teams, and develop trusted client relationships.Degree or equivalent experience in cost management or a construction-related discipline.Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Farciennes (must have legal right to work).Chartered status or actively working toward it (support available).Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable in a dynamic environment with autonomy over priorities and deadlines.Passionate about building strong team and client relationships through shared purpose and openness.Interview Process:All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.Salary & Benefits€130-150k DOEFull suite of company benefits - Relocation allowance, temp housing, temp car hire, housing support service, great pension rate, daily lunch allowance, Healthcare, salary insurance etc2 year FTC* The benefits listed above are for people relocating from another EU country.Job Type: Full-timePay: €130.000,00 - €150.000,00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveEco vouchersFood allowanceHospitalization insuranceLife insuranceRetirement planWork Location: In person
