As our Training Manager, you will play a key role within our Central Learning & Training team and contribute to a pleasant learning experience.
This is a multifaceted position involving the evaluation and facilitation of training programs, cost management, development of online learning content, and continuous research into new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
Your efforts will contribute to enhancing both the quality and effectiveness of our training offerings across the business.
This is a temporary role from October till April.
About the role
1. Evaluate training initiatives to identify improvements and align with evolving workplace needs
2. Facilitate training sessions for Brand employees across all levels
3. Coordinate with internal or external subject matter experts to deliver training programs
4. Enhance all retail training initiatives (i.e. sales, service, hospitality)
5. Manage training program budgets and analyze return on investment
6. Oversee the training and development of Brand employees
7. Support the updating and redesign of existing online training content and documentation
8. Utilize Mystery Shopper results to enhance hospitality standards and guest experience
9. Contribute to special projects as needed
Role requirements
10. A bachelor’s degree in education or related field
11. 5+ years of hands on delivery/ development within a learning and development department
12. Strong background in retail training is essential
13. Must have a proven track record in an established training department
14. Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
15. Strong problem solving skills
16. Project/programme management skills
17. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
