Join a dynamic Business Solutions team driving a major claims transformation program! You'll help define the future of claims operations, optimizing processes, shaping IT solutions, and delivering real value for brokers and clients.
What You'll Do
Define high‐level business objectives & strategic value for claims operations.
Conceptualize "to‐be" business & functional processes for optimization.
Collaborate with IT Architects to define high‐level architecture.
Structure projects into feature backlogs for IT implementation.
Provide market insights on Belgian claims insurance & case management tools.
Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships.
Drive delivery, testing & support of implemented solutions.
5–8 years in Non‐Life Insurance claims & Business Analysis.
Preferably experienced with digital projects & claims software.
