As an injection molding setter & process technician, you are responsible for the technical integrity of the production process.
This is a technical role centered on process stability and mold management, rather than general machine maintenance.
You will manage the full transition between production runs and ensure that all equipment operates at peak performance through precise parameter tuning and analytical troubleshooting
What will be your tasks?
* Independently manage the removal of molds at production end and the installation, connection, and setup of new molds for production starts.
* Configure and fine-tune machine parameters to ensure a stable, efficient production cycle according to specifications.
* Troubleshooting: identify and resolve complex process malfunctions and alarms. The focus is on corrective actions and process-related problem solving, not general facility maintenance.
* Quality: perform initial quality validations and measurements on "first-off" parts to ensure production meets precision standards before full-scale release.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance overall machine efficiency.
Your background
* you have a degree in a technical field
* experience working in similar roles (within injection molding invironments)
* understanding of injetion molding process & root causes of technical related failures
* you are willing to work in a 3 shift system
