Senior Service Designer - Telecom Sector
Brussels + Flanders – Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join a digital transformation team and structure the upstream phase of complex projects.
This is not a UI or Product Designer role.
This is a strategic Service Design position, working closely with business stakeholders and UX leadership.
🎯 Your Role
* Lead service design activities in early project phases
* Conduct benchmarking and strategic UX research
* Analyze existing services and define improvement opportunities
* Facilitate Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
* Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations
* Create high-level wireframes (UX, not UI) to support business discussions
* Challenge assumptions and bring structure in complex environments
You will collaborate closely with:
* The Digital Transformation Manager (business & strategy)
* The Lead UX Designer (design vision & coherence)
👤 Your Profile
* > 4 years of experience in Service Design / Strategic UX
* Strong experience in workshop facilitation (Design Thinking)
* Comfortable interacting with senior business stakeholders
* Able to work autonomously and navigate organizational complexity
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills
* Politically aware, collaborative, and able to challenge constructively
This role requires maturity, structure, and strong stakeholder management skills.
