Finance Business Partner - Benelux
Mission
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager Benelux, the Finance Business Partner will ensure the accurate and efficient management, reporting and control of the Shiseido Benelux Group operations. The Finance Business Partner will work with the Finance Manager to develop appropriate financial and business controls in line with Shiseido EMEA and Japan HQ requirements. The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in the budgeting and monthly closing processes and will be expected to actively seek opportunities to standardize and streamline existing processes.

The Shiseido Group Benelux office is located in Brussels, Avenue Louise. From there we manage the following brands : Shiseido, Narciso Rodriguez, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Clé de Peau Beauté, Issey Miyake, Serge Lutens, Zadig & Voltaire (and others are coming!). Our main clients are Douglas, Ici Paris XL, De Bijenkorf, Skins Cosmetics, April, Inno, etc.
Organisation
• Reports to Benelux Finance Manager Benelux.
• Job location : Brussels Office (two days per week home office possible).
• Contract type : Permanent.
Main responsibilities
• Prepare Affiliate budgets P&Ls in collaboration with Finance Manager. Follow-up & monitor
budgets P&Ls in line with Affiliate objectives.
• Set up the monthly closing and rolling forecast.
• Prepare & ensure yearly Financial closing in collaboration with Accounting Department.
• Oversee and improve all financial aspects and implement strong systems, processes, and controls
to support Commercial Department.
• Manage the end-to-end process of internal group reporting.
• Sell In monitoring and Sell Out transmission to headquarters (BOTAN)
• Be the main point of contact of EMEA RHQ Finance team.
Skills & Competencies
• Academic/Master degree.
• High level of interpersonal skills and potential for people development skills.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to keep track of all current relevant priorities.
• High level of analytical skills with the ability to interpret and develop immediate action plans.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally.
• Strong system skills.
• Fluent in French, English. Dutch is a plus.
