We are looking for SAP PM expert to strengthen the digitalization of its maintenance processes as part of its transition from SAP ECC (R/3) to SAP S/4HANA, planned by 2028.
This transformation represents a key opportunity to rethink, standardize, and optimize maintenance processes in a future-ready S/4HANA environment. The consultant will play a central role in ensuring robust SAP PM implementation, operational support, and preparation for the S/4HANA migration.
Mission Objective
The main objective of this role is to implement, support, and optimize SAP PM maintenance processes in order to:
* Improve the reliability and traceability of maintenance interventions
* Harmonize maintenance practices across the organization
* Actively support the digital transformation towards SAP S/4HANA
The consultant will be involved in the full functional lifecycle of SAP PM, including:
* Analysis of business and maintenance requirements
* Configuration and customization of SAP PM
* Operational support and continuous improvement
* Creation and optimization of maintenance plans, orders, and notifications
* User training and knowledge transfer
* Contribution to S/4HANA migration and integration activities
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Under the guidance of the Workstream / Domain Lead and Lead Architect, the consultant will deliver:
* Functional analyses within the assigned scope
* Architectural inputs and solution proposals for process design and build
* Up-to-date functional documentation (processes, configurations, user guides)
* Techno-functional specifications supporting ABAP developments
* SAP PM customizing and configuration
* Optimization reports and improvement recommendations
* Training sessions and supporting materials
* Analysis and specifications supporting the S/4HANA migration and integration plan
Profile Requirements
Education & Experience
* University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years of SAP PM experience, including at least one full implementation project
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in SAP PM (orders, notifications, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans)
* Good understanding of integrations with FI/CO, MM, SD, and other logistics modules
* Initial experience or exposure to SAP S/4HANA
* Familiarity with SAP migration and transformation contexts is a plus

Languages
* French: fluent (spoken, written, and read – native or equivalent level)
