A well known pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a senior MSAT professional to support the technology transfer of a commercial oral solution to an external manufacturing partner. This role ensures patient supply continuity and combines project leadership with deep technical manufacturing expertise. The position is based in Walloon Brabant. Freelance or employee status possible.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the full tech transfer to a CMO.
* Manage timelines, deliverables, documentation, and budget.
* Prepare/review protocols, validation files, and transfer reports.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams (QA, RA, Analytics, Manufacturing).
* Act as technical expert for oral solution manufacturing.
* Drive complex investigations and second‑line troubleshooting.
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams and CMOs.
1. What You Bring
* 5+ years in pharma manufacturing (8–10+ preferred).
* Proven experience in technology transfer and process validation.
* Expertise in oral solution drug product manufacturing (mandatory).
* Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills.
* Experience working with CMOs.
* Fluent French; autonomous, senior, assertive.
Nice to Have
* English proficiency.
* Understanding of Opex/Capex/COGS.
* Experience with external labs or virtual investigations.
