We are looking for an Installation Site Manager to lead on-site execution of large-scale projects in heavy industrial environments. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial discipline, acting as the operational leader on site and the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all activities comply with QSHE standards and local regulations
* Prepare site mobilization, review project documentation, and follow up on assembly work
* Supervise progress, quality, and subcontractors; manage certifications
* Monitor budgets, track variations, and support financial reporting
Your Profile:
* Experience in industrial construction, steel structures, or large installation projects
* Strong knowledge of site safety (QSHE) and ability to manage on-site teams
* Financial awareness and cost control mindset
* Willingness to work internationally with weekly travel
* Fluent in English
