Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive ClaimCenter Application Owner to take full ownership of the ClaimCenter platform within the non-life insurance claims domain. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and external partners, ensuring seamless system operation, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder alignment. This role demands a deep understanding of insurance claims processes, agile delivery, and enterprise application management.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and overall owner for the ClaimCenter platform.Manage and maintain the ClaimCenter roadmap, overseeing upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical deliverables.Ensure that the ClaimCenter application supports and aligns with core non-life insurance claims processes and business goals.Oversee and monitor system performance, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards, governance, and regulatory frameworks.Drive effective coordination across cross-functional teams (business, development, QA, and infrastructure) for smooth release cycles.Provide guidance and support to the development and testing teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong domain expertise in non-life insurance claims operations and systems.Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Application Owner.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of application lifecycle management.Experience managing or supporting enterprise applications (ClaimCenter experience preferred).Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and APIs, including experience with solutions such as Belmap, RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution), RDC (Remote Deposit Capture), and RSR (Regular Supervisory Report).Understanding of legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the insurance industry.Fluency in English, with working proficiency in French or Dutch.Experience working within the Belgian insurance market is highly desirable.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or ITIL frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
