You'll take full ownership from planning to delivery — working closely with clients, subcontractors, and technical teams.What you'll do:
* Manage end-to-end installation projects
* Coordinate site activities (safety, quality, planning)
* Lead technicians & subcontractors
* Handle budgets, timelines & project administration
* Act as the key contact for clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
* Background in Electromechanics (or similar)
* Experience in project management / site supervision
* Strong organisational & communication skills
* Fluent in Dutch & French (English is a plus)
* Hands-on, solution-driven mindset
