Head of International Marketing
.
In this role, you will lead the global marketing structure and work closely with sales and product management teams. You will be responsible for rolling out strategic campaigns, developing marketing plans, and strengthening internal and external communication.
You combine a strategic vision with a hands-on mentality and create impact through strong analysis and creative solutions. You maintain international networks, support sales initiatives, and organize inspiring workshops and customer events. Additionally, you manage the marketing budget, conduct market analyses, and ensure continuous development of the marketing team.

Your Profile
Ideally, you hold a
bachelor's degree in a technical field
and have at least
five years of experience
in a similar sector. A background in
sales or marketing management
is a strong asset.
You have an affinity with
social media
(preferably LinkedIn),
graphic design
, and
web development
. You are familiar with
IT tools
such as MS Office and sales applications and have an interest in
AI functionalities
. A broad network in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry is a plus.
In terms of personality, you are
creative, innovative, and strategic
. You are a true
team player
who can also build and motivate teams.
Fluency in English is required
, and additional languages are a great advantage.
