Job Description: We are looking who will play a key role in strengthening our external visibility, developing engaging digital content, and bringing impactful storytelling to all communication channels. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on creativity and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where digital communication, social media, and content creation are central. Key Responsibilities Digital Communication & Social Media Create, manage, and publish content across various digital platforms Produce multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and podcasts Monitor digital trends and introduce innovative communication formats Step in for the Social Media Manager when required, ensuring presence and consistency Analyze performance and optimize content for maximum engagement Content Creation & Storytelling Write clear, compelling, and creative content for digital channels Translate complex topics into accessible, engaging narratives Maintain a consistent brand voice and high editorial standards Develop storytelling approaches that strengthen reputation and visibility Event Support & External Visibility Coordinate and support smaller external events such as press moments, openings, visits, and conferences Identify content opportunities during events and turn them into digital material Ensure events are used strategically to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, project leads, and account managers Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and service providers Manage expectations, align messages, and support communication needs across departments Profile & Requirements At least 5 years of experience in creative communications, digital content creation, or social media Strong writing skills with a passion for storytelling Hands-on experience producing videos, podcasts, graphics, or infographics Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital trends Experience supporting or coordinating external events Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team Strong stakeholder management capabilities Good knowledge of Dutch or French ; English is a plus Knowledge of the energy or infrastructure sector is an advantage, but not required Extra info: Location: Brussels Onsite presence: 2 days of physical presence on site / week by default is required
