Umedia is a leading group in film production, performing arts financing, and video game development, based in the vibrant Châtelain district in Brussels. Their activities include production, co-production, financing, and visual effects (VFX).
Within the group, uFund specializes in fundraising through the Belgian Tax Shelter mechanism and plays a key role in supporting audiovisual productions, stage performances, and video games.
We are currently looking for a new colleague to strengthen the Investor Support team, responsible for the follow-up of Tax Shelter investments and the service provided to the investors and the Sales team.

Responsibilities
Your role will include managing the person responsible for:
* Follow-up and monitoring of Tax Shelter investments
* Preparation of commercial documentation and presentations
* Administrative support to clients and handling inquiries by phone or email
* Managing requests from the Sales team and providing support where needed
* Supporting events and contributing to marketing-related tasks
Depending on the workload, as an Investor Support Team Lead you must be able to smoothly switch between operational tasks and a more coordinating/supporting role. This means stepping in when necessary and actively contributing to the tasks listed above, in order to ensure that legal deadlines are met and service continuity is maintained.
The Investor Support Team will be responsible for the quality of the deliverables.
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Strong skills in Word and Excel, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken)
* Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
* Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
