IT Risk Power Platform Analyst / Developer - CISO Division – IT Risk Tribe
Context
The IT Risk Tribe sits within the CISO Division and plays a critical role in protecting Euroclear by strengthening IT risk management, control frameworks, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
To support the growing need for automation, reporting, and data-driven risk insights, the tribe is looking for an IT Risk Power Platform Analyst / Developer to support, maintain, and further develop internal solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform.
This role will work closely with IT Risk teams and stakeholders to enhance tooling used for risk reporting, controls monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Your role
1. As an IT Risk Power Platform Analyst / Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and evolution of Power Platform solutions used within the IT Risk function.
2. You will act as a bridge between IT Risk users and technical solutions, ensuring tools remain reliable, fit for purpose, and aligned with governance, security, and data standards.

Support, maintain, and enhance solutions built using:
3. Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
4. Develop and improve dashboards and reports to support IT risk monitoring and decision-making
5. Implement workflow automation to streamline IT Risk processes
6. Perform basic SQL queries on Microsoft SQL databases to retrieve, validate, and analyse data
7. Troubleshoot incidents, data issues, and performance problems related to Power Platform solutions
8. Collaborate with IT Risk stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
9. Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance, and access control standards
10. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of the toolset
What we’re looking for
Technical skills, Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform:
11. Power BI (reporting, datasets, DAX basics)
12. Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
13. Power Automate (flows, integrations)
14. Dataverse
15. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL with the ability to run simple queries
16. Understanding of data models, data quality, and reporting principles
17. Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (O365, Azure fundamentals is a plus)
Functional & soft skills
18. Interest in IT Risk, controls, compliance, or governance (prior experience is a strong asset but not mandatory)
19. Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
20. Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
21. Comfortable working in a regulated, complex IT environment
22. Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
23. Experience in IT Risk, IT Security, Audit, or Compliance environments
24. Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
25. Experience working in large, international organisations
